Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201502719-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Freestanding synaptic transistors</bold> are fabricated on solution‐processed chitosan membranes. A short‐term memory to long‐term memory transition is observed due to proton‐related electrochemical doping under repeated pulse stimulus.
