- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201503122-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Semiconducting polymer nanoparticles dispersed in water</bold> are synthesized by a novel method utilizing non‐ionic surfactants. By developing a smart surfactant engineering technique involving a selective post‐removal process of surfactants, an unprecedentedly high mobility of 2.51 cm<sup>2</sup> V<sup>−1</sup> s<sup>−1</sup> from a water‐borne colloid is demonstrated for the first time. <graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgk2qg64fq" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></p> </abstract>
