Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Only Cl can jump: .</bold> Similar to the goldfish in the cover, chlorine atoms can undergo a β‐elimination reaction and migrate from the alkyl ligand to the Group 10 transition metal without a prior ligand dissociation. In sharp contrast, hydrogen atoms are not able to migrate in view of the much higher activation barrier computed for the corresponding β‐elimination process. See the Full Paper by F. M.
