<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adom201500100-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A planar metamolecule with twofold rotational symmetry</bold> that shows giant cross polarization transmission leads to strong optical activity and behaves as a perfect circular polarizer.
