Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="admi201500153-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Solvent‐assistant room‐temperature nanoimprinting lithography</bold> is used to fabricate field effect transistors composed of nanostrip arrays as active channels. The nanostrips comprise highly ordered nanocrystalline diketopyrrolopyrrole–polymer lamellae, in which the <italic>b</italic>‐axis is aligned essentially parallel to the long axis of nanostrips. The charge mobility is increased by a factor of 20, compared to those of homogeneous thin films. <graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2n0r1nvg" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></p> </abstract>
