- <abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2gzwh2p5" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />We demonstrate single crystalline ZnO nanowire (NW) production using hydrothermal process. Single NW field-effect transistors (FETs) and functional piezoelectric nanogenerators (NGs) are demonstrated by thermal annealing of the NWs in air at ~450 °C.</p> </abstract>
