<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Structurally diverse spiroheterocycles, spiroannulated with imidazothiazole and imidazothiadiazole, are obtained by an environmentally benign isocyanide based domino protocol involving the three‐component reaction of benzothiazole (I)/thiadiazole (IX), isocyanides (II), and isatins (IV)/cyclic carbonyl compounds (V)/(VII).</p> </abstract>
