<abstract abstract-type="short" id="pd4626-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p id="pd4626-para-0002"> <bold>What's already known about this topic?</bold> <list id="pd4626-list-0001" list-type="bullet"> <list-item id="pd4626-li-0001"> <p>Different combinations of MA and NT and NB and free β‐hCG and PAPP‐A have been used in the first trimester to screen for Down syndrome; however, the sensitivity and specificity of these screening tests varied among studies.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> <p id="pd4626-para-0003"> <bold>What does this study add?</bold> <list id="pd4626-list-0002" list-type="bullet"> <list-item id="pd4626-li-0002"> <p>This is the first meta‐analysis that analyzes the diagnostic value of four different combining tests by MA and NT and NB and PAPP‐A and free β‐hCG for Down syndrome.
