- <abstract abstract-type="main" id="iji12222-abs-0001"> <title>Summary</title> <p>We sequenced IgG from genomic DNA of 30 wild European rabbits of <italic>O. c. algirus</italic> and <italic>O. c. cuniculus</italic> subspecies from three regions and 15 domestic <italic>O. c. cuniculus</italic>. Genetic diversity was highest within Iberian wild populations. Only two new amino acid polymorphisms were found, both in <italic>O. c. algirus</italic>.</p> </abstract>
