- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="admi201500194-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Single crystalline BiOCl microplates</bold> (MPs) are successfully fabricated with controllable sizes via a simple hydrothermal method. The resistivity of BiOCl MPs as a function of temperature shows semiconducting behavior in the high temperature region but shows a drop below 8.52 K, which indicates a transition from insulating‐like to superconducting‐like behavior in the low temperature regime. <graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2fnh8npj" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></p> </abstract>
