<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>We describe a case of accidental retrieval of a fully deployed stent in ostial left anterior descending (LAD) artery. This occurred while attempting stent delivery in obtuse marginal (OM) artery due to entrapment of a wire which inadvertently had passed through the struts of ostial LAD stent.
