- <abstract abstract-type="main"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>A facile and efficient <named-content content-type="reactionType" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">one‐pot procedure</named-content> for the preparation of indeno[1, 2‐<italic>b</italic>]indole derivatives via three‐component domino reaction of ninhydrin, enaminones, and malononitrile catalyzed by <italic>L</italic>‐proline is described. In this reaction, two rings and four bonds were formed by one‐pot.</p> </abstract>
