- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Self‐assembled Sb<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> nanowires with diameters of <40 nm are grown on a Si wafer coated with a 50 nm SiO<sub>2</sub> layer in a thermal MOCVD reactor using (Me<sub>2</sub>N)<sub>3</sub>Sb and iPr<sub>2</sub>Te as precursors in the presence of (Me<sub>2</sub>N)<sub>4</sub>Ge.</p> </abstract>
