Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2b39hzp4" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Au@Pt NPs showed PPO mimetic activity over a wider range of pH and temperatures compared to PPO. In the oxidation of all substrates, Au@Pt NPs exhibited higher affinity to the substrates, especially to catechol and pyrogallol, compared with PPO.</p> </abstract>
