<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2b39hs7c" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Indonesian low rank coal (LRC) was upgraded by the addition of palm acid oil (PAO), and the efficiency of the inhibition of spontaneous combustion, as well as the resistance to moisture readsorption, was compared with raw coal.</p> </abstract>
