<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2b31qkmn" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Hydrogels that respond to multiple stimuli (<italic>i.e.</italic>, light, reducing and aqueous microenvironment) were synthesized using thiol-Michael type reaction and degradation kinetics along with release of nanobeads was characterized.</p> </abstract>
