<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2b2w4sbx" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />A hydrogel was formed by subcutaneously injecting a mixture of the azide-modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and cyclooctyne-modified PEG into Kunming mice. The hydrogel showed good biocompatibility and biodegradability.</p> </abstract>
