<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2b2vwtp4" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />NHS and sulfo-NHS esters are used for many different bioconjugations. A simple and robust chromatographic method is presented, reaching a detection limit of about 1 mg/L of NHS. The purity determination of a commercial fluorescent dye NHS ester and other applications are shown.</p> </abstract>
