Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2682wmn4" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />The relationship between the two-photon absorption (TPA) properties and the coplanarity of the cations of <bold>LI</bold>_{<bold>2</bold>}, <bold>L(BPh</bold>_{<bold>4</bold>}<bold>)</bold>_{<bold>2</bold>} and <bold>L[Eu(TTA)</bold>_{<bold>4</bold>}<bold>]</bold>_{<bold>2</bold>}, was investigated. <bold>L[Eu(TTA)</bold>_{<bold>4</bold>}<bold>]</bold>_{<bold>2</bold>} exhibits larger TPA cross-section and can be successful application in TPE microscopy.</p> </abstract>
