<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj244r10f0" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Graphene was used to deliver gambogic acid to cervical, ovarian, and prostate cancer cells and the complex was shown to be more effective at inhibiting cell proliferation, initiating cell cycle arrest and inducing apoptosis compared to the drug alone.</p> </abstract>
