- <abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj1c7snwsn" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Interaction of the classical coordination complex TpyCuCl<sub>2</sub> (Tpy = terpyridine) with cysteine was studied. Addition of cysteine to the solution of TpyCuCl<sub>2</sub> was found to give greatly enhanced fluorescence.</p> </abstract>
