- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Single crystals of Na<sub>13</sub>H<sub>7</sub> [Ce(SeW<sub>17</sub>O<sub>59</sub>)<sub>2</sub>]·31H<sub>2</sub>O are prepared by reaction of Na<sub>2</sub>WO<sub>4</sub> and Na<sub>2</sub>SeO<sub>3</sub> with (NH<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub>Ce(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>6</sub> in an aqueous KCl‐containing solution at pH 2 (stirring, 30 min; 17% yield).</p> </abstract>
