<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="abs0005"> <title id="sect0005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="spar0005"> <list id="lis0005"> <list-item id="lsti0005"> <label></label> <p id="par0005">Dyspareunia, dryness and irritation/itching were evaluated.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0010"> <label></label> <p id="par0010">Intravaginal prasterone (0.50%, 6.5 mg) was administered daily for 52 weeks.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0015"> <label></label> <p id="par0015">All three moderate/severe (MS) symptoms respond in parallel to treatment.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0020"> <label></label> <p id="par0020">The choice of one MS symptom as most bothersome does not affect the response.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
