<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="ab0010"> <title id="st0010">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="sp9010"> <list id="ulist9010"> <list-item id="u9010"> <label></label> <p id="p9010">This study provides consistent database of the cellular and molecular response of glioblastoma cells to photon irradiation.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u9015"> <label></label> <p id="p9015">To the best of our knowledge it represents the largest archive for carbon ion hadrontherapy response of glioblastoma cells.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u9020"> <label></label> <p id="p9020">This type of archive is intended to customize the treatment of patients.
