<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj40x51p7" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />We developed an artificial blood vessel implanted 3D microfluidic system for reproducing vascular functions and transvascular migration of tumor cells. Based on this model, the adhesion and transvascular migration of tumor cells across the artificial blood vessel have been well reproduced.</p> </abstract>
