<abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="graphical" id="ab005"> <title id="st005">Graphical abstract</title> <sec> <p id="sp0005">Compound <bold>6k</bold> exhibits potent in vitro activities in xanthine oxidase inhibition (IC₅₀ = 3.5 nM).
