Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="abs0005"> <title id="sect0005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="spar0005"> <list id="lis0005"> <list-item id="lsti0005"> <label></label> <p id="par0005">This work makes a R-peaks detection based on stationary wavelet transform (SWT).</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0010"> <label></label> <p id="par0010">It has the same sampling time of the signal.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0015"> <label></label> <p id="par0015">It inherently leads to more accurate estimation of the QRS fiducial points.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0020"> <label></label> <p id="par0020">It detect R peaks over different types of arrhythmias and types of noise.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0025"> <label></label> <p id="par0025">Only one scale of SWT is applied, in order to reduce the computational complexity.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
