<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj1xv7rx2c" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Room temperature ferromagnetism (FM) of these thin film samples are highly tuneable by the simultaneous presence of CuO nanophases and multivalent Cu and Vö concentrations.</p> </abstract>
