<abstract abstract-type="main" id="mma3243-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p id="mma3243-para-0001">In this paper we construct two distinct generalized holomorphic orthogonal function systems over infinite cylinders in <inline-formula><alternatives><inline-graphic mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj1qck434s" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /><mml:math display="inline" altimg="urn:x-wiley:mma:media:mma3243:mma3243-math-0001" overflow="scroll" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:msup><mml:mrow><mml:mi mathvariant="double-struck">R</mml:mi></mml:mrow><mml:mrow><mml:mn>3</mml:mn></mml:mrow></mml:msup></mml:math></alternatives></inline-formula>. Explicit representation formulae and properties of the obtained basis functions are given. As an application, we present some plot simulations that illustrate the results of this work.
