<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="ab0010"> <title id="st0010">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="sp0010"> <list id="ulist0010"> <list-item id="u0010"> <label></label> <p id="p0010">New, fully human cytolytic fusion protein based on a microtubule-associated protein (MAP) targeting fetal acetylcholine receptor by scFv35.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u0015"> <label></label> <p id="p0015">scFv35-MAP specifically bound to and was rapidly internalized in RMS cells.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u0020"> <label></label> <p id="p0020">scFv35-MAP was able to kill RMS cells by apoptosis.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u0025"> <label></label> <p id="p0025">We are the first to show the efficacy of a fully hCFP on RMS cells.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="u0030"> <label></label> <p id="p0030">Additionally we show the efficacy of MAP on another tumor entity.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
