- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>The title compound is synthesized by addition of solid Tl<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> to a boiling solution of H<sub>2</sub>C<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> in H<sub>2</sub>O (10 min, 75% yield) and characterized by single crystal XRD, FTIR, and FT Raman spectroscopy.</p> </abstract>
