<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj105g25z9" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />The AC conductivity of NASICON thick films at high temperatures and the relaxation mechanism are independent of film thickness. 7 μm is the minimum thickness that could be printed on alumina substrate and used in high temperature applications.</p> </abstract>
