- <abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj101vz850" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />High-quality CdTe and CdSe<sub><italic>x</italic></sub>Te<sub>1−<italic>x</italic></sub> QDs were prepared at 95 °C within 45 minutes with the sizes controlled by N<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> concentration.</p> </abstract>
