- <abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj1017p5xn" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Raman spectroscopy is used for the localization and tracking of chemotherapeutic drug, doxorubicin, in the intracellular environment of lung cancer cell line. Results show the potential of the technique to monitor the mechanisms of action and response on a molecular level, with subcellular resolution.</p> </abstract>
