- <abstract> <title> <x content-type="archive" xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Bismuth tungstate (Bi<sub>2</sub>WO<sub>6</sub>)/nickel ferrite (NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>) heterostructural particles are successfully synthesised through a two-step thermosynthesis method. The pH value in the reaction system plays a vital role in the formation of the morphology of the composite, and has much effect on the photocatalytic activity for the decomposition towards Rhodamine B (RhB) under visible-light irradiation. The composite exhibits remarkable adsorption and high photocatalytic activity of RhB with excellent reusability, owing to the complex structures and the incorporated magnetic species.</p> </abstract>
