<abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="author-highlights" id="ab005"> <title id="st005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="sp0005"> <list id="l0005"> <list-item id="o0005"> <label></label> <p id="p0005">We identified 684 precision cancer medicine trials from ClinicalTrials.gov.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="o0010"> <label></label> <p id="p0010">38 unique genomic alterations were identified for enrollment.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="o0015"> <label></label> <p id="p0015">These trials were more likely to involve breast, colorectal and skin cancers.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="o0020"> <label></label> <p id="p0020">The proportion of these trials increased from 3% in 2006 to 16% in 2013.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
