- <abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="author-highlights" id="ab005"> <title id="st050">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="sp0005"> <list id="l0005"> <list-item id="o0005"> <label></label> <p id="p0150">Within a human epileptic focus there are regional differences in the features of interictal discharges.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="o0010"> <label></label> <p id="p0155">At the periphery sharp waves becomes small but the slow wave amplitude does not decrease or is even enhanced.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="o0015"> <label></label> <p id="p0160">Our finding can provide guidance in relating the location of the subdural electrodes to the spatial location of the underlying focus.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
