<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201500556-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Electrical double layer transistors</bold> using ionic liquids as the gate and ZnO as the semiconductor exhibit stable operation in the presence of redox active additives.
