- <abstract abstract-type="main" id="papt12041-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <sec id="papt12041-sec-0001" sec-type="section"> <title>Objectives</title> <p>Mindfulness meditation practices have become increasingly popular in clinical therapies, changing patterns of depressogenic thinking for individuals who experience consecutive episodes of depression.
