Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>The ability of the macrocycle</bold> to exchange its cationic metal guest is highlighted on the cover picture. It contains a photography from an experiment that transforms the silver macrocycle to the sodium macrocycle. Upon addition of a reduction agent to a solution of the silver macrocycle, the progress of the reaction can be monitored by the strong change in fluorescence and the evolution of hydrogen‐gas bubbles. Furthermore, the unique toroidal shape of the macrocycle and the different size of the metal cations, which were successfully entrapped, are illustrated.
