Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjn2c4ptb" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />A combined theoretical–experimental investigation on Fe(dpm)₃ as a precursor for PECVD of iron(<sc>iii</sc>) oxide is presented. Pure Fe₂O₃ nanomaterials have been obtained at temperatures as low as 100 °C, even on flexible plastic substrates.</p> </abstract>
