<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjn2c1cmj" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />We establish a solution system of calcium acetate–ethanol–water for CO₂ chemical looping at room temperature. This biomimetic mineralization-based CO₂ capture/release is controlled by the ionization states of electrolytes, and is precisely regulated in the C₂H₅OH–H₂O solvent.</p> </abstract>
