- <abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjn27qkh6" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />A molecular water-oxidation catalyst polymerized on a graphite electrode has shown a high initial turnover frequency (TOF) of 10.47 s<sup>−1</sup> at ∼700 mV overpotential, and a high turnover number (TON) of 31 600 in 1 h electrolysis.</p> </abstract>
