<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjn27rg8k" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />For the first time, two new benzene-1, 2, 4, 5-tetracarboxylic acid based coordination polymers have been constructed through <italic>in situ</italic> hydrolysis reaction. Their gas sorption and luminescent properties have been investigated.</p> </abstract>
