<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201500233-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>High‐mobility and low‐voltage‐operated organic field‐effect transistors</bold> (OFETs) are demonstrated by the design of a new fluorinated benzothiadiazole‐based conjugated polymer with fluorinated high‐<italic>k</italic> polymer dielectrics. A record‐breaking high hole mobility of 9.0 cm² V⁻¹ s⁻¹ for benzothiadiazole‐based semiconducting polymers is achieved by the excellent planarity of the semiconducting polymer. <graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjn23wpn9" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></p> </abstract>
