<abstract abstract-type="author-highlights" id="abs0005"> <title id="sect0005">Highlights</title> <sec> <p id="spar0005"> <list id="lis0005"> <list-item id="lsti0005"> <label></label> <p id="par0005">EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma belongs to the spectrum of predisposed neoplasms in LFS.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0010"> <label></label> <p id="par0010">We provide the first description of resistance mutation to EGFR-TKI in a patient with LFS and lung adenocarcinoma.</p> </list-item> <list-item id="lsti0015"> <label></label> <p id="par0070">Response to targeted therapy may benefit to the same extent to LFS patient as in the general population.</p> </list-item> </list> </p> </sec> </abstract>
