<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjbfw9hd7" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />Five new coordination polymers, from 1D chains to a 2D sheet and finally 3D porous frameworks, have been synthesized with different transition metals. The 3D interdigitated framework of Ni(<sc>ii</sc>) is explored further for stepwise CO₂ and C₂H₂ storage.</p> </abstract>
