- <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en" id="echo12820-abs-0002"> <title>Mini‐Abstract</title> <p>We report a case of mitral stenosis/aortic atresia variant of hypoplastic left heart syndrome, Ebstein's anomaly, and partial anomalous pulmonary venous return. The prenatal and postnatal echocardiography findings guided therapy toward primary transplantation rather than conventional staged surgical palliation.</p> </abstract>
