Abstract:: <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>New nucleoside‐based chiral prolinamides are synthesized and applied in enantioselective aldol reaction of aldehydes with ketones to give β‐hydroxyl carbonyl compounds in high yields with good stereoselectivity.</p> </abstract>
