- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201405205-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>180° domain wall motion</bold> in a tetragonal ferroelectric oxide is accelerated by an order of magnitude using in situ strain in a force microscope. Single‐domain PbZr<sub>0.2</sub>Ti<sub>0.8</sub>O<sub>3</sub> films on piezoelectric (001)‐oriented 0.72PbMg<sub>1/3</sub>Nb<sub>2/3</sub>O<sub>3</sub>‐0.28PbTiO<sub>3</sub> substrates allow for direct investigation of strain‐dependent domain dynamics.
